Menghadapi semester genap tahun ajaran akademik 2022/2023, segenap civitas akademika Pascasarjana Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, melangsungkan Rapat Gabungan. Tujuan dari penyelenggaraan agenda tersebut secara spesifik berkaiatan dengan urgensi memastikan kegiatan mahasiswa yang lebih baik. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh Direktur Pascasarjana UIN SGD Bandung, Prof. Dr. H. Supiana, M.Ag., CSEE., dan jajarannya mulai dari Wakil Direktur I Bidang Akademik hingga Wakil Direktur III Bidang Kemahasiswaan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada hari Selasa, 21 Februari 2023, bertempat di Aula Selatan Lt. 4 Gedung Pascasarjana UIN SGD Bandung.
Turut serta menghadiri dalam rapat gabungan ini, seluruh dosen homebase tiap Prodi Magister maupun Doktoral yang ada di Pascasarjana Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Diawali dengan muqadimah dan pengarahan secara langsung oleh Direktur Pascasarjana, rapat berlangsung secara kondusif dan khidmat. Dapat disepakati bahwa seluruh elemen akademik yang ada menghendaki hal yang sama, yaitu perbaikan dalam ruang lingkup penyediaan fasilitas pembelajaran yang mendukung semua agenda akademik bagi mahasiswa. Hal tersebut tentu demi menjaga stabilitas perkembangan ekosistem edukasional yang terjadi.
Beberapa hal yang menjadi perhatian utama dalam rapat gabungan ini antara lain; terkait dengan penyusunan jadwal perkuliahan yang kemungkinan besar akan diusahakan untuk komposisi pembelajaran luringnya lebih maksimal, pembagian bobot tanggung jawab pengajar juga dibahas secara konkret, tak lupa reminder terkait dengan fungsi dan tujuan prioritas tiap Prodi yang harus senantiasa mempertimbangkan kemudahan bagi mahasiswa dalam melangsungkan kegiatan belajar mengajar.
Pada rapat kali ini juga membahas tentang perencanaan Akreditasi FIBAA, ICON IMAD XII, dan Syimposium Education, sebagai hajat besar yang akan dihadapi oleh Pascasarjana pada Semester Genap mendatang. Perencanaan komprehensif agenda Pascasarjana seperti ini merupakan rutinitas yang ada di setiap awal semester baru. Dengan memanfaatkan kesemopatan rapat gabungan, tentu mengoptimalkan efektivitas dosen yang ada. Sebagai tambahan, Prof. Dr. H. Ajid Thohir, M.Ag., selaku Wakil Direktur I, menyampaikan urgensi kematangan matrikulasi dan kurikulum. Sementara Wakil Direktur III, Dr. H. Mulyana, Lc., M.Ag., menyosialisasikan Program Beasiswa 1000 Doktor LPDP yang akan datang.
Evaluasi semester ganjil juga menjadi salah satu indikator pertimbangan penentuan kebijakan yang disepakati untuk diterapkan pada semester genap. Beberapa saran dan kritik membangun yang sebelumnya disampaikan oleh para mahasiswa melalui dosen yang ada, memberikan peluang besar bagi Pascasarjana Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung untuk senantiasa menjaga keharmonisan. Melalui agenda ini, seluruh civitas akademika berharap agar semester genap TA 2022/2023 dapat terlaksana dengan sebaik mungkin.

Facing the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic academic year, all postgraduate academics at the Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung State Islamic University held a Joint Meeting. The purpose of organizing this agenda is specifically related to the urgency of ensuring better student activities. This activity was attended by the Postgraduate Director of UIN SGD Bandung, Prof. Dr. H. Supiana, M.Ag., CSEE., and his staff starting from Deputy Director I for Academic Affairs to Deputy Director III for Student Affairs. The activity was held on Tuesday, 21 February 2023, at the South Hall, Lt. 4 UIN SGD Bandung Postgraduate Building.
Participating in this joint meeting were all homebase lecturers from each Masters and Doctoral Study Program at the Postgraduate Program at the Sunan Gunung Djati State Islamic University, Bandung. Beginning with a preamble and direct direction from the Postgraduate Director, the meeting took place in a conducive and solemn manner. It can be agreed that all existing academic elements want the same thing, namely improvements in the scope of providing learning facilities that support all academic agendas for students. This is of course in order to maintain the stability of the development of the educational ecosystem that occurs.
Some of the things that became the main concern in this joint meeting, among others; related to the preparation of class schedules which are most likely to be attempted for maximum offline learning composition, the division of the weight of teacher responsibilities is also discussed concretely, not forgetting reminders related to the priority functions and objectives of each Study Program which must always consider convenience for students in carrying out teaching and learning activities .
The meeting also discussed the planning for FIBAA Accreditation, ICON IMAD XII, and the Education Symposium, which are the big goals that will be faced by the Postgraduate Program in the coming Even Semester. Comprehensive planning of the Postgraduate agenda like this is a routine that exists at the beginning of each new semester. By taking advantage of the opportunity for joint meetings, of course optimizing the effectiveness of existing lecturers. In addition, Prof. Dr. H. Ajid Thohir, M.Ag., as Deputy Director I, conveyed the urgency of matriculation and curriculum maturity. Meanwhile Deputy Director III, Dr. H. Mulyana, Lc., M.Ag., socialized the upcoming LPDP 1000 Doctoral Scholarship Program.
Evaluation of the odd semester is also one of the indicators for considering the agreed policy to be implemented in the even semester. Several constructive suggestions and criticisms previously conveyed by students through existing lecturers provided a great opportunity for the Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung State Islamic University Postgraduate Program to always maintain harmony. Through this agenda, the entire academic community hopes that the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year academic year can be carried out as well as possible.
