PROSPECTIVE NEW POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS

- Filing and Payment of Prospective New Students of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung Academic Year 2022-2023 will be held from 03 to 25 August 2022
- Fill out the Data Collection Form (taken at the Postgraduate TU/download at the IG link) and Google Form (click here) (Fill in the GoogleForm until August 25, 2022) provided by the Committee;
- Make payment for New Student Registration with the following conditions:Make Payments to Bank BJBS (SPP+Orientation) with VA Number: 888189+No Test(Example: 8881892022020002)Payment of Academic Governance Rp. 600,000 (Rec: 7123647534 FORMACA UIN SGD) with news: No Test-Name (Example: 2022020002-MOHAMAD DONIE AULIA) and Payment Confirmation to No: 082240146893

- New Student Prospective Data Collection Form (Download here)
- Legalization of S1 Diplomas and Transcripts for Prospective Masters Students;
- Legalization of Diplomas and Transcripts of S1 and S2 for Prospective Doctoral Students;
- Photocopy of ID card;
- Photocopy of TIN (if already working);
- Academic Recommendations;
- Photo size 3 x 4 (five sheets) and size 2 x 3 (four sheets);
- Letter of Assignment or Permission from Superior (place of work);
- Stamped Statement of Ability to Make the specified Payment.
- Photocopy of Proof of Registration Payment;
- Photocopy of PMB Selection Pass Certificate.
- The S2 Registration File is included in the Red folder and the S3 Yellow folder.
- Documents are submitted to the Postgraduate TU Filing Committee or sent via Package Delivery Expedition to the Address: PMB PASCASARJANA COMMITTEE (Jl. Soekarno-Hatta Kel. Cimincrang Kec. Gedebage Bandung City (SAMPING POLDA JABAR) POS CODE 40292) and signing the submission of the files at the Committee . *(make sure the file arrives at its destination by August 25, 2022)
- Obligation to attend PBAK and Academic Governance activities as an absolute requirement for Munaqosyah and Doctoral Sessions.
