The Islamic Civilization History Masters Study Program is one of those that takes advantage of this month’s blessing moment, through scientific studies. With the theme “Tradition of Dzuriah Prophet Muhammad SAW’s Lineage Recording, this seminar was held at the Cinema Auditorium of UIN Bandung Postgraduate Building.
This activity began with a series of opening events hosted by the Master of Ceremony, and ended with a presentation from the Postgraduate Director Prof.Dr.H. Supiana, M.Ag CSEE at the same time opened this seminar activity. In his presentation he explained that the support was so warm with the implementation of the activity at this time, inviting speakers from outside the campus to prove that gaining knowledge can be through collaboration and comparative studies, along with the presenters who will be present here are practitioners of their respective expertise. The Postgraduate Director of UIN Bandung apart from inaugurating / or opening this seminar activity also serves as the Keynote Speaker, in his material he conveys that the meaning of lineage, in this case the lineage of the Messenger of Allah SAW, needs to be understood correctly and thoroughly, with this seminar it is hoped that the mistakes that often occur in society can be straightened out in delivery of speakers. Sofyan Setio, S.Hum., M.A was present as the first speaker, in the form of collaboration on behalf of the Sufian Institute with Postgraduate UIN Bandung, he supported this activity by presenting material related to “Thariqah Alawiyah Activities in the Manhaj of Nasab Studies in the Book of Salaf Hadramau Yemen”. As one of the activists of Tariqah Awaliyah and Middle East Studies, she delivered her material well and conservatively. Tariqah Awaliyah according to him is one proof of the spread of Islam in Indonesia. The fact that he presented is a documentation of areas in Indonesia such as the islands of Java, Sumatra and Sulawesi which are already part of this Tariqah. he said apart from the organizational side, based on Islam is proof that the existence of this lineage record has a goal towards conveying knowledge.
The understanding of the urgency of lineage in the science of science is also a concern of Tariqah Awaliyah. The fact is that this understanding is part of early childhood education, apart from learning towards hafidz Quran. Reasoning about the Prophet’s lineage and even the lineage of each child.
